Several feelings about it.
First, work hard, the salary is 2-3 times higher than before, and the work is also very free. In fact, the boss doesn't care most of the time, there is a lot of room to play, it's not as competitive as in China, and the professional skills required are not so high; over time, the ability declines severely, and it's easy to be eliminated if you go back;
Second, being a boss, the amount of money you see is incomparable to working for others. The key is quick money, getting used to making quick money makes it unbearable to earn bit by bit;
Third, seeing through human nature, before entering this industry, I was really naive. Later I found out that everything can be settled with money, the police are not incorruptible, the government is not clean, and people around you would betray you. If something happens, you don't have to take responsibility if you have money, this world is thoroughly transparent, and it's hard for me not to break character when I'm back in the office with the naive ones.
I really can't go back anymore, really.
Feeling like once you're deep into gambling, it's hard to turn back.
