In 2019, I purchased an apartment in the Philippines, located opposite the Knightsbridge Residences, a spacious studio of 32 square meters, with an initial purchase price of about 5 million pesos.
Last November, I returned to my home country, originally planning to stay for two months before returning to the Philippines. However, due to policy reasons, I was restricted from leaving the country, resulting in the apartment being vacant until now.
I have not received any repatriation notice, but the local registry (Henan) has strict requirements for leaving the country. Last month, I attempted to leave from Shanghai but was stopped and asked to report back to the police station in my registered hometown.
I am now considering whether to sell the property, but I am unclear about the current market situation for apartments in the Philippines and am worried about a potential decline in property values.
My psychological price point is to sell at the original price, with furniture and decorations included with the apartment. I would appreciate it if experienced friends could analyze the current situation of property prices in the Philippines and whether it is a good time to sell. Interested buyers are also welcome to contact me, thank you!
Help: What should I do with the condo I bought in the Philippines that I'm stuck with now?

Houses in the Philippines are indeed hard to sell right now.

The current real estate market in the Philippines is average, with many apartment investors selling off after the pandemic, and it may not be easy to sell at the original price.

Just give it to me, since no one pays the property management fee anyway.
I estimate it to be around 2 million at most, and that's the maximum value it could fetch. Expecting the original price is absolutely impossible. Now the office is vacant, the Chinese have left, who would rent this place? If you lease the property to Filipinos, the majority of them can't afford the
