This morning, Thai authorities initiated an operation near Poipet, Cambodia, in Yala County of Sa Kaeo Province, to destroy telecom scam bridges, and cut off internet and telephone signals, also severing signals at key locations along the Yala County-Poipet border.
It is reported that the operation disconnected signals at three locations on the Yala County-Poipet border, specifically at the Yala Town train station, behind the Benjawan Market in Pa Rai Town, and at the telephone signal tower in the Khok Sa Baeng community of Tha Kham Town.
Additionally, Thai authorities plan to implement more blockades and disruption measures in the Poipet area in mid-this month.
