Philippine POGO-related multiple luxury cars and properties were seized.

Winston Casio, spokesperson for the Philippine Anti-Organized Crime Commission (PAOCC), revealed on Wednesday (February 19, 2025) that some of the assets seized in the government's crackdown on illegal Philippine Offshore Gaming Operators (POGO) are entering the disposal and civil forfeiture process.

Casio stated at a press conference that the government seized multiple properties related to POGO during the raid, including 134 vehicles, which are currently awaiting court decisions. He added that, in addition to the vehicles, several real estates are at different stages of the civil forfeiture process.

"In Pasay, we have seized S.A. Rivendell Corporation and SmartWeb Technology Incorporated. Additionally, Baofu, Tai-an Clinic and Laboratory are also under our control. Lucky South 99 in Porac and the Tourist Garden Hotel in Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu, are also under government supervision," Casio said.

The disclosed asset list is just part of the government's recent achievements in the crackdown on illegal POGO operations. PAOCC emphasized that it will continue to cooperate with relevant law enforcement agencies to legally confiscate illicit gains and ensure that these enterprises no longer engage in illegal activities.

The government has increasingly tightened regulations on the POGO industry in recent years, launching multiple large-scale raids to combat illegal gambling, human trafficking, and fraud involved in the sector. Casio pointed out that the seizure and forfeiture of these assets are important steps in the government's efforts to regulate the POGO market and combat criminal activities, with continued measures to be advanced in the future.
