The Border Guard Force (BGF) is the main protector of the cyber fraud parks in the Myawaddy area of Myanmar: Myawaddy is divided into North, Central, and South regions. The Northern part, under the influence of Aung San Suu Kyi, includes the Asia-Pacific City in the Asia-Pacific Economic Zone, Apollo Park, and Yulong Bay; the Central part, Myawaddy Town, is under the control of "Barrel General" Saw Moe Tone, featuring the Jinxin Park, No. 20 Wharf Dingsheng Park, TTM Park, Baisheng Park, Hengsheng Park... The Southern part, with security provided by Major Saw Tin Wen, includes the Huan Ya Park under the protection of the Karen National Union (KNU), and on the more remote mountainous edges, the Taichang Jiaoke cyber fraud park is sheltered by both KNU and the Democratic Karen Buddhist Army (DKBA).
