November Reward and Penalty System (Common for All Teams)

I. About Overtime System

If no effective clients were acquired in October, work 30 minutes overtime (i.e., finish at 11:00 PM);

If no authorized clients were acquired in October, work 60 minutes overtime (i.e., finish at 11:30 PM);

Overtime is limited to focused attention or extended learning. Those who do not meet the standards must work overtime themselves, and team leaders can adjust based on the previous month's performance.

II. About Reward and Penalty System

If 2 effective clients are acquired in the current month, all performance assessment penalties are waived, plus a reward of 1500 dirhams;

If no 2 authorized clients are acquired in November, a penalty of 1500 dirhams applies (for the 3rd and subsequent clients, each is rewarded with 200 dirhams);

If no 2 effective clients are acquired in November, a penalty of 1500 dirhams; if only 1 effective client is acquired, a penalty of 800 dirhams;

For each effective client acquired in November, a reward of 2 packs of Zhonghua (soft) cigarettes + 200 dirhams in cash;

The first to acquire 2 effective clients in November gets a reward of 1500 dirhams; the second gets 1000 dirhams; the third gets 800 dirhams;

The first effective client in November gets a reward of 1000 dirhams, the second 800 dirhams, the third 600 dirhams;

All above rewards can be cumulatively claimed.

Client Loss Rewards

If the total client loss in November reaches over 600,000, a reward of 5000 dirhams;

If the total client loss in November reaches over 400,000, a reward of 3000 dirhams;

If the total client loss in November reaches over 200,000, a reward of 1000 dirhams;

If the loss of a single client in November reaches over 100,000, a reward of 1000 dirhams;

If the loss of a single client in November reaches over 30,000, a reward of 300 dirhams;

The highest tier reward is claimed for the above individual rewards.

III. About the Standards for Team Clients

Major European countries with an annual GDP per capita exceeding $30,000;

Clients completed according to the training framework process;

Clients promoted by the team leader and fully compliant with requirements;

If not meeting the above standards, a recharge amount of 3000 USD is recognized as an effective client;

Fission clients are not counted, and further notices will be given if there are any supplements.

Note

Team members who have been with the team for less than 2 months do not participate in the "Reward and Penalty System";

Team members within 1 month must submit "promoted" clients (those who do not meet the standards are penalized to copy the process 100 times + do 100 push-ups);

Team members for more than 1 month must acquire 1 authorized client (those who do not meet the standards are penalized to copy the process 100 times + do 100 push-ups).

If you don't work hard now, life will be hard on you later; if you don't strive now, the future won't be powerful!
