One of the darkest Ponzi scheme companies in Cambodia, the mastermind behind it is named Wang Gang, who currently runs a tech company called "Phoenix Technology," headquartered in Caitong Jinyun 2 Technology Park. He claims to have worked for the "Shengyuan Group" in Myanmar, one of the strongest scam companies outside the four major families of Northern Myanmar. Later, as the situation changed, he moved his team to the Mango Garden area in Cambodia to continue engaging in domestic fake cryptocurrency investment scams.

Wang Gang's small team consists of about a dozen people, specifically targeting domestic investors to speculate in cryptocurrencies, which in reality is a complete Ponzi scheme. Recently, he successfully manipulated a scheme, defrauding tens of millions of funds, causing countless domestic investors to lose their entire investments.

In the early days, due to an incident involving the abuse of Koreans, Wang Gang triggered a raid by the Cambodian gendarmerie in the Mango Garden area, where he was briefly detained but ultimately escaped legal sanctions and continued his fraudulent activities.

To superiors: Wang Gang uses deceptive methods to falsely report to senior investors that he plans to develop a long-term scam project, but in reality, he uses the money for short-term scams, deceiving investors' trust and funds.

To subordinates:

Using high salaries as bait, he deceives newcomers into joining, making them work over ten hours a day with endless overtime.

All scam call operators (pushers) are confined; they can't even leave the company entrance, have no base salary, and face physical abuse if they fail to meet performance targets.

The technical team is also exploited, facing immense work pressure. Any mistakes lead to high-pressure management and even violent threats.

Living conditions are extremely poor; the area is full of surveillance, with strict management, cafeteria food worse than pig feed, and noisy employee dormitories where five or six people are crammed into one room, with no privacy whatsoever.
