Does working at BIGO in Indonesia count as being involved in gambling?

I checked, and BIGO primarily engages in live streaming services, but some of its content indeed includes gambling-related games, especially in overseas markets such as Indonesia, the Philippines, and Vietnam. In these places, gambling promotions are often seen in BIGO's live streaming rooms.

This makes me a bit conflicted. If I work at BIGO, the salary is indeed quite good, but if it is determined that I am involved in the gambling industry, it might leave a record if I return to my country or switch jobs later, which might not be worth it.

I asked some friends who work at BIGO, and their opinions vary. Some say that as long as you are not directly promoting gambling content, it does not count as being involved in the gambling industry. However, others say there are gray areas within the company, and some live streaming guilds may channel viewers to gambling websites with the company's tacit approval, and even possibly open up similar channeling activities in regions with lax policies.

The problem now is that the position I received is in operations, but HR said the specific responsibilities would only be arranged after I start working, which makes me a bit uneasy. If I end up promoting gambling-related content, does that mean I will be definitively classified as being in the gambling industry?

Moreover, Indonesia has always had a strong stance against gambling. There have also been reports that the local government has banned a batch of live streaming platforms involving gambling content. Although BIGO is still operating normally, this means that regulation might become stricter. If the company is investigated one day, could the employees be implicated?
