Recently, a company named "Duck Neck" (formerly known as "Eight Platform", now called "Nine Platform") has caused tremendous distress to its employees due to poor management.
I personally experienced this turmoil. In Dubai, as a new employee, I was immediately caught in an undeserved disaster. Due to the reasons of the company's ministers and supervisors, I was arrested by the special police and subsequently detained in both the police station and the immigration bureau. During those long three days, I suffered from hunger and helplessness.
No one from the company offered help, and even the basic living expenses were taken by the special police. In the immigration jail, we were only fed twice a day, at 6 PM and 4 AM, and the quality of the meals was unbearable.
Finally, the company purchased tickets for us to Malaysia. However, at the airport, we were asked to handle our luggage on our own and found it impossible to contact anyone. What disappointed me more was that the so-called minister only cared about his own luggage and ignored us employees. Penniless, I only had a set of clothes and a pair of slippers, and endured nearly a week of hardship. During this time, I tried multiple times to contact the leadership for an advance on expenses, but it was like throwing stones into the sea, with no response.
In Malaysia, the minister coldly informed me that the company was only responsible for the plane ticket and one night's hotel fee, and after that, they would no longer care for us. This irresponsible behavior deeply saddened me. I sincerely hope that the senior management of Duck Neck will take this matter seriously and clean up these irresponsible and uncommitted leaders. Their actions not only harm the rights and interests of employees but also tarnish the company's reputation.
Here, I remind job seekers to be vigilant and cautious when choosing jobs and agencies, to avoid encountering irresponsible companies like Duck Neck and suffering unnecessary losses and troubles.
At the same time, I also hope that the relevant leadership departments will strengthen the supervision of such cases to protect the legal rights of employees. I hope that the senior management of your company sees this message and contacts me. Exposing this was not my wish, but I was unable to contact anyone, nor did I intend to harm the company's interests.

Suggest calling the police.
Didn't you say you were moving to Sri Lanka? You went to Malaysia instead.
It feels like a makeshift troupe.
Normal operation
This is very awesome.

It's the neck again, haha
A company goes as far as how they treat their employees.
