清欢渡Philippines

Since the last large-scale exposure of employees at Jiuding was last year, this exposure is indeed a helpless move, as the Philippine government has been cracking down on the gambling industry, causing the group's business to plummet. They began to optimize and lay off employees, and unfortunately, I also became part of this optimization army. As an employee, I can understand, but the optimization plan made by the leadership is really shitty. First, they require employees to resign from Jiuding and then join other departments, starting with the salary of the probation period. Everyone knows how many will remain after the three-month probation period; probably less than one-third. Moreover, they also require some employees to go to Sri Lanka to engage in fraud. Otherwise, they can choose to leave voluntarily.

Moreover, some people were not arranged for other positions and were directly announced by the company to terminate the labor contract unilaterally. They also need to compensate the company for the work visa fee and pay for the downgrade and customs clearance fees themselves. Can't such a big company survive? Other companies like White Horse Club have N+1 severance pay. How much more do you earn than White Horse Club? Don't you have a clue?

But so far, no one has spoken out against this unequal treatment. I don't know what everyone is afraid of. Now all government departments in the Philippines are short of money and want to target Chinese companies. The company is also watching your attitude. You can just go to the labor bureau to file a complaint. If the company withholds your passport, you can directly contact the NBI or the immigration bureau. There's no need to be afraid. These departments are eager for people to report the company. Whether you are currently employed or have been optimized and persuaded to leave, you can obtain reasonable compensation through exposure or complaints to relevant departments.

Being able to transfer you is already quite good; many would just let you go.

Why don't you just go and report it first?
