From the recent underpayment and treatment of employees by various companies, we can see the plight of workers in the gambling industry.

This industry has been a gray area from the start, with no real trade unions or effective legal protection mechanisms. When workers face unfair treatment, the only thing they can do is to expose it through TG channels, forums, or places like PASA. However, exposure is just that, and it rarely has a real impact.

These companies operate on the edge of legality, and they are not even afraid of local governments, let alone public opinion. In the end, the worst outcome is just changing the name and reopening, then continuing to lure the next batch of people into the trap with high salaries and empty promises.

Honestly, those who choose to work in Southeast Asia in this field are somewhat prepared and aware of the various risks they face. Being owed wages is actually the lightest situation; more severe and realistic risks include imprisonment, abuse, kidnapping, extortion, and even being forcibly detained by the company for various reasons, including passport retention and compensation.

Recently, the news and posts about companies exposed on PASA, such as Bozi and Jiuding, which are relatively well-known, show that although they appear large, their internal management is very chaotic, and employee treatment almost entirely depends on the management's "conscience" and how much they value their brand. Sometimes, just changing a manager can completely overturn your working environment, with no real system or protection in place.

Moreover, the circle is so small that after some companies face issues, they change their sign and can deceive a new batch of newcomers. The voices of the victims are quickly drowned out by the aspirations of the newcomers. Whether it's media exposure or forum complaints, their impact is very limited, and the real losers are always the ordinary workers.

Therefore, I still want to remind my colleagues to be vigilant when looking for jobs. Don't just look at the high salaries promised on the surface, but also pay attention to the company's internal culture and management model. If you notice something wrong, it's better to leave immediately rather than gamble on luck.

As for those companies that seem large but have a poor reputation, it's best to avoid them. Companies like Bozi and Jiuding are essentially just big messes internally, with no one to take care of you when things go wrong; they are just a bigger makeshift setup. If you really want to work, choose companies with relatively better reputations, more stability, and more regular operations, as the risks will be lower.

Finally, I hope everyone can be more aware that there is no truly safe haven in this industry. Don't be complacent; if something goes wrong, no one can really help you, and you have to rely on yourself.

Exposing it is just for psychological comfort.

Exposing on Telegram is useless; it only serves as a spectacle for others, and in the end, you are the one who gets hurt.

Don't think that exposure can solve the problem. These companies are already accustomed to negative news, and they are not afraid at all.

Owing wages is considered minor; my friend was directly detained for two months and had to pay 200,000 yuan before being released.

Don't mention it, I've been working on my neck for almost a year, with management changing daily and the system changing every day.

Many times, it's not that the boss lacks conscience, but that the subordinates deceive both those below and above them.

Exposure is useless, just switch brands and continue to deceive newcomers.

Working in this field really depends on luck. If you encounter a good company, you can endure a few years and make some money. If you encounter a malicious company, you don't even have a chance to escape.
