Recently, the issue of deducting indemnity at Kaiyun has frustrated many people.
Initially, when everyone was working in the Philippines, the company explicitly promised that there would be no deductions as long as one completed six months. However, due to some issues within the company, many had to switch to remote working. That said, most people were diligently working at their original positions without quitting or leaving halfway, yet the company still deducted the indemnity. Some had more deducted, others less, causing much discomfort among the employees, who felt unable to voice their concerns.
Fortunately, the company has recently introduced a new policy stating that if one completes six months of remote work, the previously deducted indemnity will be refunded. After all, this money should not have been deducted in the first place. With the business being so large and profitable, there really is no need to upset employees over such small amounts of money.

Recently, the company finally introduced a new policy—so hasn't it been resolved? Why are you still posting about it?
Company issues, employees pay, beautiful
Remote work is clearly a company requirement, not employees fleeing on their own. Why should they be docked pay?
Now there are too many reverse meanings, I dare not trust too much.
Calculating this small amount of money from employees, it's really embarrassing to say it out loud.
If it's unreasonable and you don't speak up, who else would I bully if not you?
It's very chaotic.
Neck urine is like this
This has been resolved in the end, hasn't it?
