I've always believed that truly good companies should allow their employees to work from home, rather than forcing everyone to take huge risks by going to the office. I really admire the model of companies like MT Zeixin Group. They have excellent cost control and have insisted on having all employees work from home for many years, ensuring employee safety while still making a profit.
On the other hand, some companies are reluctant to adopt remote working, usually because they haven't been making money. They seem to think that by having employees work 12 hours a day in the office, they will definitely make a profit. However, in reality, many companies are just pushing their employees into risky situations without seeing any increase in profits, and end up blaming the employees for being useless or just coasting along on a basic salary.
MT has been profitable with remote working for many years, which shows that making money doesn't necessarily require employees to risk going into an office building. The key lies in the company's decision-making and management capabilities.
Regarding recent events in the Philippines, here are some personal opinions.

RCBC is being investigated, part of AG's POGO operations are impacted.

Thumbs up!
It makes sense, but it's easier said than done.
Departments of intelligence that lack KPIs and cannot quantify results are actually not suitable for home use.

AG has already implemented work-from-home in many departments very early on; it's not possible for all departments to work from home, as the efficiency of working from home is very low.
Remote work is not that simple; it requires strong internal management discipline and process-oriented operational capabilities. Which companies in the gambling industry are legitimate?

Even if it's all part-time, the company makes money; many companies hire a lot of useless people in order to expand their scale.
Are you Zexin's HR?
MT is a Taiwanese company, right?
