For companies still operating in the Philippines, I have some suggestions:
You might think that having obtained a local business license allows you to operate legally, but the current reality shows that the Philippine authorities do not need any reason to inspect the building you are in; they can easily fabricate a charge.
It is advised for companies still working in office buildings to quickly switch to remote or home office setups. Once a large number of company employees are detained, it will be impossible to resume normal operations in the short term. Moreover, there are already few foreign employees in the Philippines, making recruitment very difficult. It would be wise for directors and management to urgently convene a meeting to arrange strategies for home or remote working.
Be aware that once detained in the "Sunshine Jail," it takes at least 1 to 3 months before deportation can occur, and rescuing someone is very costly. Rather than wasting such expenses, it is better to switch to home office earlier, saving money and sparing employees the daily worry and anxiety.

RCBC is being investigated, part of AG's POGO operations are impacted.

Hahaha, good suggestion, it's like saying nothing at all.
They have no choice; their internal management is too chaotic, with no processes in place. If they don't go to the office, they're doomed.
Those who are still working in the office are really stubborn.

No matter which country's people you recruit now, they will be beaten; POGO simply has no human rights.
Everyone is staying at home now, no need for your reminder.
The one with the license is DIGI, not the same company, okay?
Stop spreading rumors, the ones arrested are the unlicensed POGOs.
