Within the golden three hours after being arrested, if one is unwilling to spend a large sum of money to resolve the issue quickly, it becomes very difficult to get out once they are sent to Sunshine Prison. Even if the company is willing to pay to bail someone out, the authorities won't release everyone as they still need to report to higher-ups, and most of the rest are sent directly to Sunshine Prison.

If it were just about money, spending a few million should have gotten people released earlier, right? But the reality is, there are many people in Sunshine Prison now who haven't been released despite spending millions, and even those who spent over ten million are still detained.

In the end, "bailing someone out" is a trap; the real purpose is to extort money. Whenever a company faces trouble, it's always the low-level employees who suffer the most, while the executives just walk away unscathed, and it's the lower-level staff who end up in jail.
