After witnessing several companies around me abscond, I sometimes feel quite emotional.
Previously, I thought absconding was an "extreme situation," but now it seems to have become a "planned process." When a company encounters trouble, the boss disappears first, followed by financial delays, HR playing dumb, and finally, everything falls apart. Employees only realize when they want to leave that deductions are made faster than one can lose face.
Frankly, many companies in this industry do not treat employees as "human assets" but rather as tools to be "used up." When it becomes difficult to make money, they find someone to take the blame; if there are risks with the building, they force people to endure.
So, if you are currently at a company that "refuses to let you work remotely and constantly talks about stability," you really need to be aware of self-preservation. It's not you who should run; they are the ones who run first.

Bro, the law of the dark forest
Reply PASA#840109 : Bro, could it be the dark forest theory?

Tools have no right to complain.
You think you are a person, but others treat you like a dog.
