I am currently on a tourist visa in the Philippines, and I have just successfully renewed my visa, which is normal. However, I later found out that I am on the ALO (Alert List Order).
Here's my situation: I previously applied for a 9G visa, then downgraded and returned to my country. Last year, I came back to the Philippines, and since then, I have been using a tourist visa. This year, it was discovered that my name is on the ALO, but the visa renewal still went smoothly.
Now, I plan to leave the country (possibly returning to my home country or going to a third country), but I am not sure if I can leave smoothly with my name on the ALO.

If you renewed your visa at the customs clearance window (not through smuggling), it means BoI assumes your status is OK.
Some people worry about being detained at the airport, but the airport immigration mainly checks for HDO and Blacklist, not ALO.
No problem, you can hang up ALO but still leave the country normally or go to third countries like Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, etc., with no bad record.
In your case, it is generally considered "nominal in the system," but since it did not trigger any exit restrictions, you were allowed to renew smoothly.
If it's just an ALO, you can leave for a third country or return to your home country, provided there is no WLO or HDO against you.
If you can renew your tourist visa, it means the system has not restricted you from leaving the country or renewing your visa. Otherwise, the immigration system will show a red light at the counter, and the staff will refuse to proceed.
ALO (Alert List Order) is not HDO (Hold Departure Order), so you currently have no travel restrictions and theoretically can leave the country.

Can be renewed, should lift the alo, check for blacklist
Buy the ticket first and then talk about it. If you ask the agent, they will definitely tell you it's not possible.
Buy a plane ticket and leave
Just buy it and go, no worries.
