1. Travel Visa Processing Information for All Departments

Visas should be processed in the following priority order (from highest to lowest):

A. UK Tourist Visa

B. Ireland Tourist Visa

C. Schengen Tourist Visa (Netherlands)

Visa Processing Rules:

2. Decentralized Visa Application Principle

When applying for visas, adhere to the principle of decentralization: separate agents, separate times, separate IPs, and separate affiliate companies to avoid suspicions of mass labor migration affecting subsequent applications.

3. Plans for Development in the USA

Companies originally planning to develop in the USA can apply for a US visa after arriving in the aforementioned three countries (UK, Ireland, Netherlands). Currently, it is almost impossible to get a US visa approved in Cambodia.

4. Post-Visa Arrangements

Once the visa is obtained, you can proceed to Europe. All units must prepare for multi-location cooperation and remote working.

In theory, employees will work at the branch office in the country of their visa.

Within six months of arriving in Europe, everyone should aim to pass language tests (IELTS, TOEFL) to transition to a work visa.

The company will handle subsequent immigration and family relocation for all employees, and recruiting in Europe (both locally and from home) will be very convenient.

5. Cambodia as the Main Base

Cambodia will always be the company's main base, operating simultaneously with other global offices, as not everyone will successfully obtain a visa.
