I've read quite a few exposés and complaints recently. Some say the company is shady, others say the system is oppressive. Honestly, I've seen a lot and would like to add my two cents.

First of all, we all know that in places like Southeast Asia, shady companies exist everywhere and it's impossible to completely eliminate them, nor is there any point in pretending everything is peaceful. But let's face it, many people switch from casinos and platforms to companies, and wasn't everything discussed beforehand? What to do, what content to produce, how salaries and tasks are set, are all decided by adults themselves. If you don't want to do it, you can surrender, take the legal route back to your country, let the local police intervene, call the police, contact the embassy, there are so many channels to report a company. If you really want to leave, there are more effective ways than just posting online and being a keyboard warrior.

Now, some people complain online while continuing to work and collect their salaries, this kind of "having it both ways" is honestly quite pretentious. When business doesn't go well, they start blaming the company's system, the team, complaining about KPIs and task quotas. Friend, which industry or company doesn't have tasks? Why is it only you who seems to complain the most? Initially, you promised confidently, but when you can't deliver, you start "exposing the dark side." I've seen too many people like this.

The current environment is already tough, the company is willing to spend money to bring you over, settle the venue, make connections, and frankly, it's not charity, it's mutual cooperation. You want to earn money easily, the company wants to make a profit, no one owes anyone anything. Capable people never complain about the environment because they can find a way out anywhere. Life can be tough, but don't act like a dog, the rules are the rules, no matter how many companies or countries you switch, the rules are similar, it all depends on how you face them.

Of course, I also understand that some are truly unlucky with oppressive management, those truly shady, truly manipulative, I don't support them either. But I really hope those companies with high-pressure management could be less cold-hearted. The industry is already on a decline, can't they preserve some humanity and give employees some breathing space? Everyone is out here trying to make more money and get ahead sooner.

This industry is already tough enough, less conspiracy theories, less negativity, more constructive stuff would be good for everyone.
