During the AG incident, I truly experienced what is called the mutual harm among the lower levels of Chinese society 🔥🔥🔥.
The most ironic thing to me was seeing former employees of AG laughing and making sarcastic comments about the issues that were exposed. AG hadn't wronged them before, right? But as soon as they left the company and saw it in trouble, they were the quickest to kick it while it was down and speak ill of it. It was just unbelievable...
I've roughly summarized the content criticizing AG into the following categories:
1️⃣ Saying AG's recruitment is all talk;
2️⃣ Saying AG's employees look down on other companies;
3️⃣ Criticizing AG's internal management as chaotic, full of rumors;
4️⃣ Complaining that AG's salary is low, only 2000 USD a month.
Honestly, these types of people are just "sour grapes." They couldn't even pass the first round of interviews at AG, and most likely, these are the people who wanted to get into AG but failed, so now they mock and harbor resentment.
Let me address these points one by one:
1️⃣ Saying AG's recruitment is boastful, which company doesn't boast during recruitment? Isn't that part of brand marketing? Would you really expect a company to say "we're just mediocre, come or don't, it's up to you"? Isn't that a ridiculous thing to say?
2️⃣ Saying AG's employees look down on other companies, what's the problem? They work at RCBC, have 8 days off a month, work 9 hours a day, and their salary is never delayed, not to mention it's not even the industry ceiling. Your own company is squeezing you to death, if it weren't for the higher salaries at AG, you would have switched long ago.
3️⃣ Criticizing AG's internal management as chaotic, I just want to ask: which company doesn't have its messes? Just look at the mess in your own company, isn't it more than AG's?
4️⃣ Lastly, those who say AG's salary is low are simply outrageous. You work your hardest for a minimum wage, open your eyes for 12 hours a day without stopping, and don't even get a single day off in a month. Do you even know how much your monthly salary is? And yet you complain about low salaries, I really want to ask you WTF do you really want, can you even calculate the hourly wage? 🤷♂️
In the end, I'm an outsider, just objectively looking at this AG incident. But I truly feel that this incident has indeed exposed the "mutual harm" trait among Chinese people. We Chinese have become accustomed to being enslaved, oppressed by the system for too long, leading to this distorted group relationship.
After all these years, it boils down to one sentence: We don't unite among ourselves, only biting each other, only harming each other, resulting in "a dish of loose sand." The reason the Chinese POGO industry in the Philippines has reached this point today is right here.
I wish everyone well.

I can responsibly tell you that in most cases, the company is quite humane.
I checked what was said in the channel, 90% of it is fake news.
The basic black ones are all promoted by duck neck dogs.
AG is still reasonable, and the salary is higher than its peers, many people can't get in and don't look pleasing to the eye.
This is not good.
Originally just a pile of loose sand
While playing soccer outside, I noticed that only the Chinese were fighting each other, while the Koreans and Japanese were very united.
Are Chinese people united? Are you joking?
The ancients said, "When the lips are gone, the teeth will be cold."
"Remember who said that if AG falls, it won't be easy for everyone else. If this is how the leader is treated, how can those at the bottom fare any better?"
