Starting from scratch in Southeast Asia, the company provides you with a platform and resources. You earn about 10 percent per client. You can't even succeed in a business with no investment costs, not taking it seriously. What else can you do? Come empty-handed and return the same way? Think about the days back home when you couldn't borrow 1000 yuan, think about the relationships ruined over borrowing money, not fighting over bread but for some respect.
When you earn in one month what you might not earn in ten years or even a lifetime back home, what's a little corporal punishment or overtime? You have two years in Southeast Asia to fight for a lifetime of happiness, yet you don't put in the effort and just waste your days. Are you being fair to yourself? Are you being fair to your family?
Every day, the company group has so many members renewing, think about why it's not you. Don't look too far, just look at what's in front of you. Others order takeout, you eat every meal in the cafeteria. Others change their women daily, you can only masturbate in the dorm, relying on fantasies because without performance, you can't even use a mobile phone. Are you in Southeast Asia to undergo a trial by fire? Going back might even land you in jail. How can you justify the hardships you've endured along the way without making some achievements and earning some money?
I think this statement is rough but reasonable, haha.

It's so hard to find the right person nowadays.
I used to hire a lot of useless people who just wanted to stick around and freeload.
Many companies do not treat people as humans; do not deliberately whitewash and ignore these issues.
I think it makes sense. The company provides the platform for you to start a business without any risk, but if you still can't make it work, it really is a capability issue.
Black companies are black, no matter how much they try to whitewash.
This almost brainwashed me.
You can work in our PR department.
