The Philippine National Police (PNP) announced today that three suspects involved in the kidnapping and murder of Filipino-Chinese entrepreneur Mr. Guo have been arrested.
The police identified the suspects as: Richardo Austria David, Raymart Catequista, David Tan Liao.
According to PNP spokesperson, Police Colonel Jean Fajardo:
David and Catequista were arrested on Friday in Roxas, Palawan. Liao surrendered to the authorities voluntarily on Saturday.
All three are currently detained by the police, and the case is under further investigation.
The person who kidnapped Guo Congyuan has been caught!
