I've been amused by the recent leaks on platform X, where a test team leader managed to make 2 million by faking remote virtual employment for six months. Although the authenticity of this story is uncertain, objectively speaking, such incidents definitely exist in the gambling industry.
Administrative processes have been profiting from visa applications for more than just a couple of days. Last year, there was even a case where an administrator used employee passport information for extortion; and in human resources, collaborating deeply with headhunting firms to receive kickbacks is nothing new. Moreover, adding markups in API interfacing, profiting from payment kickbacks, and earning rebates from buying traffic...
Every segment of this industry can squeeze out profits, and many bosses are aware of the internal situations but choose not to name or expose them, tacitly allowing these practices to continue.
Talk about the corruption within betting companies.

You have a big mouth that talks everywhere.
Bosses know, ask no more after the beheading.
"When it's time to take the blame, bring it up then."
If you say these things, you will offend people.
How many are there who don't take kickbacks?
LOL, you just found out now?
No money, who stays in Southeast Asia
This has already become an unspoken rule in the industry.
I saw your post being shared across various channels, haha.

This industry is rotten to the core.

Awesome, this works too.
Are there still such lucrative positions?
The more companies there are, the less manageable the radius becomes, making these issues more likely to arise.
This test team leader is too awesome, creating over a dozen fake accounts to impersonate employees.
The company management is really poor.
Previously, our administration used to make fake work cards for us to earn a margin, and one card could make tens of thousands of pesos.
It has already become customary for HR to handle money.
