On July 13, the Philippine Bureau of Immigration officially launched the so-called "National Anti-Fraud Reporting Mechanism," encouraging the public to actively report any "suspicious foreigners" around them.
Many Chinese, even those with legal visas and who are married to locals, are considered suspicious simply because they "do not appear often" or "live in areas with a high concentration of Chinese," and are questioned by unfamiliar law enforcement officers at their doors.
The reality is that as a foreigner, you may be targeted. Law enforcement agencies have the power to "visit without warning, interrogate on-site, and take people for investigation" within 24 hours, without the need for prior notification or any compensation afterwards. This operation has caused great unease among the Chinese community.
Currently, multiple groups are urgently circulating a "self-protection guide": it is advised to keep all legal identity documents safe, remain vigilant against strangers knocking at the door, and avoid accepting any vague "intermediary invitations."
Ultimately, this campaign, disguised as "anti-fraud," is evolving into an unprecedented wave of foreign surveillance. In the Philippines, having legal status is no longer sufficient to ensure safety; the next person to be knocked on the door could be you or me.

It seems that the government is out of money again.
watch the fun

It's up to you to keep clean, if not, trouble will come sooner or later.
Don't panic, at worst we'll get caught, but we'll still be alive.
Locals report one by one, wishing luck to the illegal jungler visa applicant.
I'm afraid of nothing.
Everyone leave, it's all jungling anyway, it's the same wherever you go.

I have a lot of blacklisted people here, and now I dare not go out anymore.
Chinese people should stand tall and walk upright into the sunlight prison.
So tragic!
Blacklisted, beware, once caught, it's straight to the Sunshine Prison.

Isn't it just an anti-Chinese action?
