Too exaggerated

Previously, it was only said that employees over 35 were not wanted, but now many companies' recruitment information states that those over 30 are not wanted. What the heck, 30 is still considered young and strong, right? Isn't this blatant discrimination? How can we work under these conditions?

Despite the clear shortage of staff, they still impose age restrictions all the time. What are they thinking?

At this age, if you can't keep up, you basically can't compete with the younger generation.

People born in the 2000s are already up to 25 years old; what are you, born in the 80s and 90s, still competing for jobs for?

Because it's hard to exploit after 35, 30 is almost the same.

Indeed, we are short of people, but not of the elderly.
