A few companies remain in the Philippines, while the main force moves to Thailand, Malaysia, and Cambodia, with research and development concentrated in Japan or some domestic R&D companies.
There are also a small number going to Sri Lanka, Georgia, and Eastern Europe to test the waters.
Some companies choose to outsource all their work remotely (I think this is the best approach).
It seems that this pattern will continue for the next two years without much change.
The current employment pattern is basically stable now, right?

Stable my ass, still running away every day.
With connections, you can go anywhere; without them, you'd get caught even on Mars.
Thailand is good, Chiang Mai is very comfortable, but the enforcement is a bit harsh.
The environment in the Philippines now really makes one feel like they are in prison.
Wasn't Georgia involved in scams before?
Scams are long gone.
There is still a place missing, Dubai.

Georgia has a time difference.
Research and development in Japan, the technical cost is too high.
Many people in Sri Lanka are bragging.
Some have gone to Australia.
Basically, that's it.
Malaysia has many ethnic Chinese, it's okay.
