Paradise Co., a well-known foreign-only casino operator in South Korea, passed the plan A number of strategic measures have been taken to steadily grow the business. The company's strategy document submitted on July 3 shows that by 2026, they expect sales to reach 132.26 billion won (approximately US$95.2 million). This forecast is based on performance in the first half of 2024, when the company had sales of 56.99 billion won (approximately US$41 million) and operating profit of 9.12 billion won (approximately US$66 million).
As part of its strategy to attract more international high rollers, Paradise Co. .Plans to develop a new all-suite flagship hotel in Seoul. The high-end hotel will be built on 13,950 square meters of land near the capital Jangchung-dong, with construction expected to begin in the fourth quarter of 2024 and an expected opening in 2028. The construction cost is estimated to be 50-55 billion won (approximately US$360 million to US$400 million).
In addition, Paradise Co. also announced its acquisition of Paradise Casino Walkerhill Expansion plan: add a 383.31 square meter space dedicated to VIP high-roller games. The company’s CEO Cui Zhonghuan pointed out that they regard the Chinese consumer group as an important driving force for future sales growth
