Pakistani e-sports player Atif Butt won the match against Heera from Lahore and retained his spot in the World E-sports Championship. Butt defeated Heera in the Tekken 7 tournament, one of a series of national esports competitions held both online and offline.

The six games in the qualifying stage include: Dota 2, "Counter-Strike: Global Offensive" (CS: GO), "PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds" (PUBG Mobile), "Endless Showdown" (Mobile Legend Bang Bang), " Tekken 7 and e-football.
The offline competition will be held at the Peshawar Sports Complex, and players who qualify in the qualifying round will compete for the remaining spots in Beirut, Lebanon.
