Rightlander has launched a new partnership with Soft2Bet which will enhance the provider’s marketing compliance in jurisdictions including Denmark, Italy, Sweden, Romania and Ontario.
Rightlander currently operates in multiple markets around the world and is in the process of entering into a similar advertising compliance agreement with Boylesports in the UK; the compliance and monitoring solutions provider has also been live in Ontario since March 2022.
Under the latest agreement, the company will help identify and eliminate any areas of non-compliance within Soft2Bet’s operations to ensure the company complies with affiliate regulations.
Jonathan Elkin, Sales Director at Rightlander, commented on the partnership: “We are delighted to be working with Soft2Bet, a company that shares our commitment to high compliance standards. Our technology will provide Soft2Bet with the tools they need to effectively navigate the complex regulatory environment and maintain its reputation for integrity and trustworthiness.”
2024 is shaping up to be a fruitful year for Soft2Bet, with the company opening a new office in Malta in April. The company also recently entered the Ontario market, which is the target market for this newly announced partnership. Likewise, the provider also launched a new website in the key market of Romania last December.
Speaking about this newly established compliance partnership, Soft2Bet General Counsel David Yatom Hay said: “Ensuring compliance is a core component of our business strategy as we expand into new markets. Partnering with Rightlander gives us the confidence to uphold these across all our operations standards to provide our customers with a safe and reliable experience.”
