Recently, the Dutch Gaming Authority (KSA) has censured 13 online gambling providers for obstructing the payout of winnings to players.

Some providers with online gambling licenses have been implementing unauthorized conditions when paying out player credits. KSA's investigation confirmed this.

The Saudi National Bank has demanded that 9 service providers cease this practice. Additionally, 4 licensed service providers are suspected of implementing such conditions.

The Saudi National Bank has informed these providers that such conduct is not permitted and has confirmed in writing that they will either cease or not repeat such actions.

In related news, the Dutch Gaming Authority (KSA) has released revised responsible gambling policy regulations aimed at enhancing the safety of the online gambling market.

Main changes include mandatory real-time monitoring of gambling activities and the introduction of financial deposit limits. These adjustments were made following KSA's research report and consultations with industry stakeholders.

The new policy, effective immediately, requires online gambling providers to implement real-time monitoring and, upon detecting signs of excessive gambling or potential addiction, to identify, analyze, and intervene within one hour. This requirement applies around the clock, ensuring timely interventions and prevention of gambling-related harm.
