Galaxy Gaming has confirmed that Gavin Isaacs will step down from the board of directors on August 30. Isaacs will assume the role of CEO at Entain starting September 1. He has been a member of the Galaxy board since June 2019. The company stated that it will not immediately fill the position but will consider it over the coming months.
Mark Lipparelli, chairman of the Galaxy board, said, "Gavin has been a valuable asset to the Galaxy board, and we will miss his presence and wise counsel. Over his more than five years as a board member, he has been an indispensable part of our success and growth as a company.
"During this time, we've made significant strides in positioning the company for many exciting new opportunities, and Gavin has made major contributions to this progress. We thank him for his outstanding insights and expertise, and wish him all the best in his future endeavors at Entain, wherever his journey may take him."
In May, Galaxy Gaming appointed Steve Kopjo as the Chief Financial Officer.
