Gamanza launches Gamanza Engage integration with Optimove's AI-driven CRM platform.

The Player Engagement division of Gamanza Group AG, Gamanza Engage, has integrated its loyalty and gamification suite with Optimove's AI-driven CRM marketing platform. This integration introduces AI-orchestrated gamification and new player engagement and personalization features for iGaming and sports betting operators. The integration enables:

Use of gamification attributes such as current ranking, XP points, active tasks, and reward store purchases in building CRM segments.'

Use of gamified events as triggers for marketing communications, such as upgrades, item purchases, task completions, etc.

Targeting specific audiences through specially created and invitation-only tasks and tournaments (e.g., VIP).

Optimove CEO Pini Yakuel stated: "This collaboration for the first time delivers a powerful personalized gamification experience in the best possible way. iGaming and sports betting operators now have more than just gamification; they now incorporate AI-curated gamification as part of the entire player journey and experience.

Gamanza Engage allows operators to customize and adjust their gamification strategies to attract various players. The collaboration between Gamanza and Optimove is expected to provide operators with the tools needed to address three major pain points: acquisition costs, standing out, and player loyalty/churn rate.
