Game Innovation Group (GiG) subsidiary Gentoo (formerly GiG Media) has added its two websites Casinoonline.dk and Casinon.com to the Quality Mark Regulatory Assurance (QMRA) program.
As part of its ongoing strategy to enhance its regulatory framework, Gentoo earlier this year decided that all its websites operating in the QMRA service market must comply with the program's standards.
The recent inclusion of Casinoonline.dk and Casinon.com continues this initiative and ensures that both sites meet all of QMRA's stringent compliance requirements.
On this development, Gentoo Chief Operating Officer Milorad Matejic stated: "Gentoo is pleased to collaborate with QMRA to strengthen our compliance measures.
"Adhering to their standards on websites serving the market demonstrates our commitment to compliance at Gentoo."
QMRA Director Steven Vrolijk added: "We are delighted to see Gentoo taking a consistent approach; Gentoo has now become a member of numerous websites within various jurisdictions. We look forward to the next steps in the plan!"
This news comes as QMRA is receiving widespread attention across Europe, with over 90 branches now adopting its standards.
Originally an extension of the Dutch quality mark KVA, QMRA was launched in February 2024 and has been adopted in countries such as Denmark, Sweden, Germany, Belgium, Norway, and the UK.
Last week, QMRA completed its review of the Swedish market platform Aftonbladet Casinoguiden website. The site, which has a natural search volume of about 21 million in Sweden, will now display the QMRA logo, indicating its compliance with advertising and regulatory standards.
