Amusnet, a premium online gaming software and solutions provider, has been advancing its mission to play a positive role in a broader social context through ongoing collaboration with the charity "Water". Since launching the pioneering slot game "Droplet" with a charitable component in 2022, Amusnet has contributed to vital projects in Africa and India by donating 3% of game profits to NGOs.

Over the past two years, we have collaborated with local organizations on various initiatives aimed at enhancing health and overall well-being and promoting sustainable practices to transform communities.

India

In the Thar Desert of India, Amusnet's donations have supported a profound project implemented by GRAVIS. This project has installed 184 household rainwater harvesting systems, benefiting over 1,288 people. Each system was built with the active participation of the families involved in the construction process. This direct involvement provided essential water resources and equipped the local community with the skills needed for ongoing maintenance and repairs. GRAVIS also conducted 17 water and sanitation training sessions for 487 community members.

Ethiopia

The company has contributed to a transformative project by the International Rescue Committee (IRC) in Ethiopia. To date, the organization has made significant progress, constructing 31 springs using local materials in remote areas. Extensive training programs for Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene Committees (WASHCO) and water system administrators have been implemented in all project areas. The training involved 179 WASHCOs and 106 committee groups, with 1,213 participants. Additionally, IRC has conducted teacher training in four primary schools, including practical demonstrations and guidance on child-friendly sanitation and personal hygiene practices.

Malawi

In Malawi, a significant project led by Water For People (WFP) has also received support from Amusnet. The project focuses on constructing piped water systems and wells. Upon completion, the project includes comprehensive water quality testing to ensure safety and effectiveness. A key element of this work is community involvement: local governments and residents actively participate in the development and maintenance of these systems. Their involvement is crucial for ensuring the long-term functionality and sustainability of the infrastructure, extending benefits into the future.

The ongoing initiatives by the company in India and Africa demonstrate that collaborative efforts can bring transformative changes to communities facing water scarcity. Throughout this journey, true leaders represent the inspiration and mobilization of others to join the mission of creating meaningful and lasting changes for those most in need.
