Operator Evoke, which previously managed brands such as William Hill, 888, and Mr Green, has now acquired the Romanian operator of Winner.ro, New Gambling Solutions SRL.
This acquisition will inject into Evoke's Romanian operations and involve a cash consideration of 10 million euros (11.12 million USD) for a 51% stake in the Romanian company. This will merge 888.ro with Winner to form a new merged enterprise.
Romania will become the fifth core market after the UK, Italy, Spain, and Denmark.
