Philippines will apply for an international red notice against Zhang Jie

The President's Anti-Organized Crime Commission of the Philippines (PAOCC) may issue a red notice for "ZJ" who allegedly assisted Sheila Leal Guo and Katherine Cassandra Li Ong in fleeing the country. Sheila Leal Guo is the sister of "POGO Mayor" Guo Huaping, and Katherine Cassandra Li Ong is an accomplice of Guo Huaping.

The Indonesian Ministry of Law and Human Rights stated in a press release that a person with the alias "ZJ" assisted them in booking hotels during their stay in the country.

The Director General of Immigration Management and Enforcement in Indonesia, Safar Godam, said: "From the CCTV footage, ZJ is the person who helped them book the hotels."

According to the President's Anti-Organized Crime Commission, "ZJ" is an alias used by Zhang Jie (real name, not transliterated), who is the owner of the involved online gambling company.

The commission is also considering contacting INTERPOL to issue a red notice against him.

Spokesperson for the President's Anti-Organized Crime Commission, Gasao said: "Zhang Jie is one of the individuals we are interested in the case against 'Lucky Southern 99 Company'. Once charges are filed and upheld, we will request a red notice to be issued."
