The leading geolocation and compliance technology company Xpoint has appointed Ron Braunfeld as its Chief Revenue Officer, as the company continues to enhance its market influence and drive innovative solutions in the geolocation sector.
Prior to joining Xpoint, Braunfeld had extensive experience in business development, sales, and strategic partnerships in the technology and venture capital sectors. Most recently, he served as the Vice President of Business Development at Mobi Systems. Before that, he was the General Manager of Capsule in Philadelphia.
Braunfeld has over 12 years of experience in the location technology field. Early in his career, he led business development efforts at MapQuest. After leaving MapQuest, he joined the founding team of WHERE, leading business development efforts. WHERE was the industry's first location-based advertising network and was eventually sold to PayPal. During his tenure at PayPal, Braunfeld led the business development efforts of the newly formed PayPal Media Network. In the location technology field, he has held positions such as President of SnipSnap and Vice President of Business Development at Pingup.
As Chief Revenue Officer, Braunfeld will be responsible for driving Xpoint's revenue generation, enhancing customer relationships, and seeking new business opportunities to ensure the company's continued growth and success.
