The Swedish gambling regulatory authority, Spelinspektionen, has banned Small House BV from offering its gambling products in Sweden.
The regulatory body stated that this operator, licensed in Curaçao, provided access to its website bcgame.top in Sweden without the necessary certification.
Spelinspektionen emphasized that the website offers the Swedish currency as a payment option and includes links to affiliate companies that promote in Swedish. Moreover, the website has not taken measures to prevent Swedish customers from creating accounts and playing games.
Last week, Spelinspektionen also banned Hitz Gaming OÜ from operating in the Swedish iGaming market. This operator, registered in Estonia, was found targeting Swedish players through multiple websites without a license.
The regulatory body conducted a covert investigation and discovered that wisho.com did not prevent account registrations from Sweden. It also mentioned the websites championz.com, trickz.com, and celebrino.com. Hitz Gaming OÜ promotes its services through the Swedish branch nilslegend.net and uses local payment services Quickbit and Sweden's BankID as payment options.
