Online gambling company Leon Bet has announced that it has obtained a casino and sports betting operating license from the Tanzanian Gaming Commission, allowing it to enter the African market. The company stated that it has chosen Tanzania as the best market for its debut on the African continent.
Leon's Director of Operations for Africa, Jérôme J Dufourg, said: "Entering Tanzania represents a new chapter for Leon in Africa. The company will continue to redefine industry benchmarks through global expansion, providing innovative digital entertainment solutions to new audiences, and pushing towards our goal of becoming a market leader and setting exceptional industry standards."
"The company's strategic direction, coupled with its strong operational foundation in Tanzania, enables us to succeed in the rapidly growing African digital entertainment sector. I am excited to lead the operations across the continent," he added.
This digital gaming brand aims to expand globally. It recently reached agreements with four MMA fighters, namely Justin Tafa, Junior Tafa, Joshua Culibao, and Hakaraia Wilson, to enhance its brand visibility.
