PointsBet achieved record group revenue of AU$245.5m in FY24, fuelled by record Australian revenue of $211.5m.

The company also posted an 87 per cent increase in its Canadian revenue, which reached $34m for the financial year.
The combination fed into record H2 net operating cash flow performance of $16.8m, PointsBet said.
The group revealed that it achieved all of its key financial metrics. Net win of $267.1m was 16 per cent higher than the baseline guidance of $253m, while gross profit margin of 52.8 per cent was above the forecast of around 50 per cent.
Total marketing expense was $71m for the financial year, below PointsBet’s baseline guidance of $72m.
The company also met its FY24 normalised group EBITDA loss target, which was $1.8m – lower than guidance of between $4m and $6m.
In its main market of Australia, total statutory segment EBITDA grew over 51,000 per cent from $0.1m to $26.8m for FY24.
Net win increased 10 per cent to $233.1m and turnover/handle rose by two per cent to $2.7bn.
In Canada, turnover/handle was up 31 per cent to $255m with net win rising 63 per cent to $18.8m.
Total statutory segment EBITDA in Canada increased 45 per cent, with the segment’s loss narrowing to $19.7m.
