On this Friday (23), Loterj launched Notice 02/2024 to accredit companies to explore the numerical prognosis lottery (multiple chances) within the scope of Rio de Janeiro in a competitive regime. The object includes the service of creation, printing, dissemination, and the entire operation for the commercialization of tickets of the modality.
A new accreditation process is now open at the State Lottery of Rio de Janeiro. This time, Loterj will accredit specialized companies for the exploration of the lottery modality of numerical prognosis lottery (Multiple Chances).
The supply scope must include: creation of products (games), printing, stocking, distribution, commercialization, drawing, validation, and payment of prizes, as well as the elaboration, proposition, guidance, and execution of advertising campaigns.
The Notice foresees the accreditation of various companies, in a competitive regime, for the offer of the modality. The exploration will be granted to all interested companies or consortia that meet the requirements of the Notice, with no limits on accredited entities, provided the conditions for qualification and technical qualification are respected and fulfilled.
Legal entities, national or foreign, that perform activities compatible with the object to be contracted, individually or gathered in a consortium, may participate in this procedure, provided they fully satisfy all the conditions of accreditation and applicable legislation.
The accredited companies will pay 5% on the GGR in the modality of numerical prognosis lottery (multiple chances) until the fifth business day of the following month.
The accredited must adhere, within a maximum period of five business days after signing the Accreditation Term, to the Payment System provider contracted by Loterj for processing the payments related to the bets and the prizes of the Loterj lottery products.
The validity of the Accreditation will be 10 years from the date of publication of the extract of the Accreditation Term in the Official Gazette of the State of Rio de Janeiro (DOE/RJ), and may be prematurely terminated for the reasons or conditions established in the Notice.
