The Brazilian eSports organization FURIA announced a new office and enhancement center of 1200m² in São Paulo. The new facility will have different training and meeting rooms, special spaces focused on performance and can accommodate the organization's work teams, employees, and operational areas.
Located at the Shopping Market Place, Vila Cordeiro, São Paulo, the mentioned performance rooms will include five training rooms, four meeting rooms, a physiotherapy room, and a psychology room. The facility has a total capacity for 150 people.
In addition to spaces for the teams competing under the FURIA banner, the offices will be equipped for other teams working for the organization. This includes two kitchens, about 45 workstations, and a rest room.
FURIA is one of the leading eSports organizations in Brazil and has a variety of teams in different eSports titles. Founded in 2017, FURIA was best known for its time in Counter-Strike, which includes winning the ESL Pro League Season 12: North America in 2020.
However, over the following seven years, FURIA expanded into other games. The organization currently boasts teams in CS2, Apex Legends, League of Legends, PUBG Mobile, Street Fighter, Rainbow Six Siege, Rocket League, and VALORANT.
The Brazilian organization has been busy recently expanding its products, partnering with Champion to launch an apparel collection and creating a My Hero Academia product line with Crunchyroll.
FURIA's head of staff and workplace, Evelyn Cardoso, commented on the new facilities stating: "This new space symbolizes the growth and modernization that are happening at FURIA, particularly in the areas of performance and business".
"With the addition of new game genres and the hiring of new talent, our new home has been designed to meet all the needs of the players and the team".
