Starting this October, the Brazilian Association of Fantasy Sports is holding the first Brazilian Championship of Fantasy Sports in history, aiming to promote the category among teams. Rei do Pitaco will be the platform for the championship, as well as a supporter of the tournament. The final will be played in the 34th round of the Brazilian Football Championship (Serie A), scheduled for November 11 and 12.
If Brazilians are passionate about football, fantasy sport is the electronic sport of the heart. The first Brazilian Championship of Fantasy Sports by teams was conceived by ABFS and has the official support of companies like Footstats, Rei do Pitaco, Stattrak, and StockSports.
Each team will consist of 3 to 5 participants and the championship will feature 16 teams divided into 4 groups. The top two teams from each group will advance to the knockout stage of the tournament.
The final will be played in the 34th round of the Brazilian Football Championship (Serie A), scheduled for November 11 and 12.
The winning team will be awarded R$ 10,000, the 2nd place will receive R$ 5,000, and the 3rd, R$ 3,000.
In addition to Rei do Pitaco, the first Brazilian Championship of Fantasy Sports is supported by Stattrak, FootStats, and StockSports.
