The Latin American eSports and gaming platform Gamers Club has partnered with the betting provider unikrn to offer more opportunities and rewards for its users. Starting in October, unikrn will offer custom odds for the "most dedicated" CS:GO players from Gamers Club in Brazil and Chile through its UMODE product. This allows users to bet on their own skills during games.
Furthermore, Gamers Club members can use their first deposit at unikrn as a free entry in a series of tournaments with exclusive prizes.
In addition to the upcoming integration of UMODE, unikrn will sponsor several events at Gamers Club, starting this month, including 1v1, 2v2, and 5v5 tournaments. The 1v1 and 2v2 tournaments will be held on a custom map with dedicated unikrn branding, which will also appear in a special mini-games arena that will allow players to further refine their skills in CS:GO.
The partnership will represent, for many players, an introduction to video games and sports betting through the provider, which has been growing significantly in Latin America this year. Alongside unikrn, other betting companies such as Betway and Rivalry have seen Brazil as a key market and have heavily promoted themselves in the region.
“The thrill of competition is what drives so many of us to log in and play every day,” said unikrn CEO, Justin Dellario.
“Gamers Club is not just a thriving environment with competitive players, but it is also a leader in building and engaging communities in the gaming industry. We know these communities are passionate about turning their gameplay into greater rewards and experiences, and this partnership will realize this through unikrn's unique product offerings.”
After being acquired by the sports betting group Entain for £50 million in August 2021, unikrn relaunched its betting platform in Brazil and Canada in December 2022, after a year of restructuring. In early 2023, the company bolstered its commercial portfolio in February by partnering with Team Liquid.
