
Foreign investor demands justice for alleged dispossession of properties, while pointing out irregularities in the legal process.
Dominican Republic.- The foreign investor Antonio Carbone is demanding the return of 13 casinos and 1,500 betting shops, valued at over USD 580m, which were allegedly illegally taken from him.
Carbone demands that the Attorney General's Office comply with the alleged rulings of the Constitutional Court and the Supreme Court of Justice, which order the restitution of his properties, legally acquired.

He claims to have been the victim of a plot to strip him of his assets, despite having won cases in the courts. Carbone trusts that the current authorities will correct the injustices committed during the previous government.
