Dominican Republic.- The project of the new casino by Grupo Orenes in the Dominican Republic is progressing steadily. Clerhp, a company from Murcia, Spain, obtained the environmental license for its ambitious Larimar City & Resort project, which will include a casino managed by Grupo Orenes.
The Ministry of Environment and Natural Resources of the Dominican Republic approved the development of the tourist complex that will have 30,000 homes, six hotels, a commercial area, medical centers, a university, offices, and business centers. The license, valid for five years, has been granted to Inercar SRL, the subsidiary of Clerhp in the Dominican Republic.

Larimar City & Resort, the flagship project of Clerhp, represents an advancement in its expansion strategy and opens new opportunities for Grupo Orenes in the international market, by managing a casino within the complex.
The complex will be developed on an area of 3.5 million square meters and will include residential buildings up to 18 floors It will have agreements with international operators such as Archipelago International and Sonesta International Hotels for the management of its residences and hotels. Additionally, Larimar City & Resort will have an artificial beach, a seaside promenade of more than 3 kilometers, an 18-hole golf course, and a country club.
