Dominican Republic.- Next Saturday, when the Francisco del Rosario Sánchez Classic is held, the second leg of the Dominican horse racing Triple Crown, the track at the Quinto Centenario Racetrack will be like new.
This week the tracks have undergone maintenance work, which includes sand removal, ground leveling, and solid waste removal. At the same time, work is being done on the small track and in the riding arenas. The track will be in optimal conditions for race number 52.
Nelson Ogando, director of operations at the racetrack, and Domingo Frías, an expert in track ground leveling with over 30 years of experience, are in charge of directing and supervising the work.
