Corinthians celebrated 114 years of history and glory this Sunday (1), when they defeated Flamengo 2 x 1 in the Brazilian Championship. Esportes da Sorte, the team's main sponsor, held a big party and many activations alongside the Fiel.
Before the ball rolled, at the invitation of Esportes da Sorte, the Corinthian singer Negra Li sang some of her hits at the Neo Química Arena, in Itaquera. The artist's performance featured a new song to honor Timão and the black-and-white crowd, and the pocket show also included the drum section of Gaviões da Fiel.
But the activities started early, from 12pm, at the external court of the stadium. Fans registered on the Esportes da Sorte website participated in a freestyle soccer challenge, headers, and goal shooting, competing for exclusive prizes.
“Since the beginning of this partnership, Esportes da Sorte has worn the Corinthian shirt with great pride and seeks to be close to the Fiel at every opportunity. The 114th anniversary of the club is special and we promoted an event worthy of Sport Club Corinthians Paulista. Our mascot, Edson, was also present at the party, dressed in black and white,” highlights Darwin Henrique da Silva Filho, CEO of Esportes da Sorte.
A big promotion was also part of the festivities. Fans competed for unique and autographed jerseys from the players, used in the match against Bahia, which marked the beginning of the partnership between Timão and Esportes da Sorte. The black-and-white team won that match 1-0, with a goal by Ángel Romero. .
Lucky ribbons were distributed at all gates of the Neo Química Arena, in addition to promoters with personalized Timão gifts and an exclusive “prize hunting” machine. The club's main sponsor prepared fireworks at special moments of the party, as well as a giant flag honoring the black-and-white anniversary.
The entire black-and-white crowd's party was covered by influencers Seila Bolonhezi (@seilabolonhezi) and Vinícius Gomes (@vinosccp_), who showed up close everything that happened at Neoquímica through the social networks of Esportes da Sorte.
