In a briefing report to the Senate media on September 5th, Tulfo stated, "Alice Guo will arrive in the Philippines at 6:18 PM on September 5th on the chartered flight RP-C6188 from Jakarta, Indonesia."
It is reported that Alice Guo was arrested at 1:30 AM on September 4th in Tangerang, Jakarta, Indonesia.
The Senate Security Office stated that upon her return to the Philippines, Guo will be processed by the Philippine Immigration Bureau, handed over to the National Bureau of Investigation, and then to the Senate, similar to the treatment previously experienced by her sister, Shiela Guo.
The two are likely to share a detention cell in the Senate.
