Golden Matrix Group CEO Brian Goodman is confident that the company can maintain the “strong momentum” shown by its Meridianbet subsidiary’s record-breaking results for August.
The operator’s online casino operations are expected to achieve an all-time high for August, surpassing the monthly average for 2024 by 13 per cent.
Online sports betting is expected to have increased by nine per cent over the 2024 monthly average.
In Europe – the UK aside – Meridianbet delivered its best monthly result yet for online casino, with revenue expected to be 11 per cent above the 2024 average.
“Meridianbet’s August performance is a testament to our consistent and strategic growth strategy as well as our commitment to excellence in both our igaming and sports betting markets,” Goodman said.
“These record-breaking results demonstrate operational strength across multiple regulated markets and further solidify our standing as a global leader specifically in the igaming space.”
A total revenue record was set in the Americas region by Meridianbet in August, driven by online casino and sports betting growth – growth that is expected to be 72 per cent higher than the 2024 monthly average.
In Africa, online casino revenue is expected to grow by eight per cent compared to the 2024 monthly average.
